First of all, wash the rice thoroughly and keep it in a sieve for 10 to 15 minutes so that all the water of the rice is removed, then after heating the ghee in a pan, fry the rice lightly, and then grind the rice lightly in the mixer. After that put some water in the pot to make kheer and heat it, after that put rice in that water and cook it well After that when the rice is cooked then add milk to it and cook it well. When the rice and milk are mixed then add chopped cashews and almonds in it and keep stirring until the kheer becomes thick when the kheer is completely done. Add some saffron beans to it and turn off the gas and leave the kheer for 5 minutes and then serve the kheer hot and garnish with the cashew almond rose leaves as per your taste.
